What Happens Next
After requesting your free valuation, our team will arrange a convenient time for one of our senior team members to meet you at the property.
At this stage, we’ll discuss your goals before assessing the property and providing advice on how best to market the property and what type of tenant is most suitable. We’ll also recommend any improvements that can be made to add additional to the property before it goes to market.
Once you are happy, our team will send you a management contract and arrange a time to photograph the property using leading Matterport technology to capture a 3D virtual tour. Following this, your property can be advertised on our website and leading property portals within 24 hours.

What type of service can I choose from?

How long will it take to rent out my property?
Ideally we would look to visit your property 4-6 weeks prior to the date you wish tenants to move in. This gives us plenty of time for photography, marketing, viewings, references and preparation for the move-in day.
If my property is managed, how often is it visited by Abode?
We carry out the first inspection when the Tenant has been in occupation for 3 months and bi-annually thereafter. Following each inspection a report is emailed to the Landlord and photos provided where necessary.
What legal requirements are there in order to let my property?
