Meet our Lettings Management Team
Property management and lettings – that’s what we do and all that we concentrate on and we’re passionate about it. Most of our team are long-serving and all are experienced, offering knowledgeable, professional and always friendly advice to our landlords and tenants.
Ben Curme
Operations Director
Ben has been part of Abode from day one, having joined the team when the doors first opened in 2001.
Outside of work, he enjoys nothing more than searching for historical treasures with his metal detector on the fields of Somerset.
Deborah Mitchell
New Business Manager
Debs brings nearly 30 years of lettings experience to the team and is a specialist in the New Build sector. Her extensive industry knowledge and hands-on expertise make her an invaluable part of Abode.
Outside of work, Debs enjoys travelling, running, hitting the gym, and spending time with her grown-up family.
Caitlin Taylor
Lettings Manager
Caitlin is Abode’s Lettings Manager, bringing a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and advertising to the team. She combines industry knowledge with exceptional organisational skills to ensure a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
When she’s not valuing new properties or meeting with landlords, you’ll likely find Caitlin out running—she’s even completed multiple marathons!
Maria Newport
Head of Lettings
Maria brings over 30 years of experience in customer service and administration, helping students move into their properties smoothly and efficiently. She is our go-to expert for all things related to student tenancies.
When she’s not preparing tenancy agreements, you’ll find Maria walking her dog or taking on impressive charity challenges—she once completed a 13,000-ft tandem skydive and raised £600!
Holly Wrightson
Head of Property Management
As Head of Property Management, Holly leads with a hands-on, people-first approach. With 12 years in the industry — including 8 at Abode — she’s committed to creating great experiences for landlords and tenants. ARLA-qualified and dedicated to high standards, Holly oversees daily operations, supports her team’s development and builds strong relationships across all areas of property management.
Outside work, she enjoys time with her son, family and friends.
Kerry Golder
Finance Manager
Kerry has been looking after the financial side of Abode for over 20 years. She has extensive knowledge in accounting procedures and finance from having worked in the industry for the past 28 years.
When Kerry is not managing the accounts, she will be socialising with her friends or doing activities with her son George.
Naomi Zahringer
Finance Department
With almost three decades of experience in Property Management, Naomi offers extensive industry knowledge and a commitment to exceptional client service.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dogs, socialising with friends, and practising yoga.
Victoria Krawaczynska
Senior Property Manager
Victoria is one of our property managers at Abode.
Outside of work, Victoria loves climbing, spending time outdoors and is a keen traveller; whether that’s discovering new places in the local area or on the other side of the world.
Taylor Sweeney
Property Manager
Taylor joined Abode in 2022, starting out in the lettings department before moving into property management. She’s gained experience in both lettings and safety testing but found her real interest lies in managing properties and working closely with landlords and tenants to help wherever she can.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and trips to her local pub.
Kyle Penhale
Property Manager
Kyle is one of our Property Manager’s and has 5 years of varied experience in the property industry.
In his spare time you’ll usually find him spending quality time with friends and family.
Laura Taylor
Property Manager
Laura is a valued member of our team and serves as one of Abode’s Property Managers.
When she’s not at work, you’ll often find her with family and friends, or getting creative with painting and decorating.
Theodora Griffiths
Property Management Administrator
Thea is our Property Management Administrator here at Abode. Her organised and switched on attitude helps the property management team at Abode run like clockwork.
Outside of work Thea loves travelling, walking her dogs and baking cakes.
Janet Paice
Property Administrator
With her work in sales and lettings starting in 1996, Janet knows the industry better than most. With hands on experience working with both rural, village and city properties, she brings an invaluable amount of knowledge to the Abode team.
In her spare time, Janet has a range of wholesome hobbies including spending time with her grandchildren (and two cats), reading, sewing, watching films, quizzes and DIY including decorating, wallpapering and painting!
Harriet Gowen
Senior Administrator
After gaining two years of experience in university administration and recruitment, Harriet joins the Abode team as our Lettings Administrator.
When she isn’t supporting our tenants and landlords, Harriet enjoys cooking, baking, reading and attending concerts.

Volodymyr is one of our lettings Negotiators here at Abode. He helps clients with finding their ideal rental properties.
Outside of work, he has a passion for motorcycles and extreme sports. He also stays active by swimming and going to the gym regularly.
Isobel Lawrence
Front of House Coordinator
Isobel is one of our Front of House Coordinators here at Abode, helping to keep the office running smoothly and supporting both our team and visitors.
In her spare time, she enjoys crafting silver rings from antique spoons, cooking, and walking her dog, Frank.
