New Build Expertise

New Build Lettings in Bristol

Abode Property Management works alongside national and local residential property developers. Abode Property Management works alongside national and local residential property developers. Right from the planning stage, we produce an achievable rent guide for them and their potential investment clients.  We also work closely with the sales agents of the developments and can be on hand to advise investment clients on which properties they should purchase to add to their portfolio.  This can be done from the ‘off-plan’ stage to physically visiting the developments and visiting all potential plots that they are interested in purchasing.

We have a Business Manager dedicated to the New Build sector, which has allowed us to be available to potential clients from the initial investment stage. This enables us to advise on furnishings, window dressings, etc., and can also shop and choose these items on the client’s behalf should it be required.
